Celeb Buzz: Survivor Palaus’ Contestant Jennifer Lyon Dies at 37

Celeb Buzz -- Jennifer Lyon loses her battle with cancer and passes away at the young age of 37.  She appeared on the Survivors’ Palau episode and placed fourth in the competition . She was diagnosed with breast cancer just a few months after she finished the show.
